Creche Swimming Demo

The crèche swimming lesson demo was designed to introduce our youngest Braestars to water in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. The session focused on water confidence, basic movement and enjoyment rather than formal swimming skills.
During the lesson, teachers ensured that the children felt comfortable and secure. The splashing activities encouraged relaxation and positive interaction with the water. Colourful toys were used throughout the session to maintain engagement and promote playful learning.
Activities were structured but flexible, allowing each child to participate at their own comfort level. Overall, the lesson highlighted the importance of water safety, confidence building and fun, demonstrating how early swimming exposure supports physical development and emotional comfort in water.
