23rd September 2024
On Friday, 20th September, EYFS had the much-anticipated Pyjama Day, which turned out to be full of fun, creativity and imagination! Our little Braestars arrived in their cutest and comfiest pyjamas, armed with their favourite plushies, blankies and storybooks from home.
The day began with a cosy reading circle, where the children shared their beloved stories with friends. From tales of adventure to heartwarming bedtime stories, everyone had the chance to dive into the world of imagination. We even had a special storytelling session from our teachers, who brought exciting books to life, making the experience all the more magical!
Afterwards, the children enjoyed some relaxed activities, snuggled up with their plushies and blankets, and spent time bonding with their classmates. The atmosphere was warm and joyful, with plenty of laughter and smiles all around.
Pyjama Day was a perfect reminder of how much joy can come from the simple pleasure of reading and sharing stories. As Mason Cooley once said, "Reading gives us some place to go when we have to stay where we are." We couldn't agree more!
