Foundation Stage 1 Week 11 Newsletter:Term 2

Dear Parent/Guardian,

This week, the Foundation Stage 1 children had lots of fun listening and doing various activities from the story of The Little Red Hen.

To launch the story, the children created little red hen's life cycle of their own. They used a range of media and materials.

I am glad to be me.

I look in the mirror and what do I see ?

I see me, no one else can be me.

I am precious, I am glad to be me, my hair my face my personality all make up me.

I am unique and special.

On Friday 19th, we observed World Down Syndrome day by putting on different coloured socks.

The story “But Martin!” helped us understand that we are different and unique in our own way.
