Foundation Stage 1 Week 12 Newsletter

Dear Parent/Guardian,
A classic story that we read this week was “The Three Little Pigs”. This lead the Foundation Stage 1 children into an array of activities involving:- retelling the story, exploring buildings and building materials and sorting and naming shapes.
We did a science experiment where we predicted whether different objects would move or stay when we blew on them, just like when the Big Bad Wolf blew the pig’s houses down.
We also made pink pigs using handprint technique, after mixing two colours together to get the new colour.
