Foundation Stage 2 Week 11 Newsletter

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Did you know Diwali is a Festival that is celebrated every year by Hindus, Jains, Sikhs, and Newar Buddhists. The festival represents the symbolic victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance and good over evil. The Foundation Stage 2 children got to learn about a different culture through stories, dance, Rangoli designs and dress up.

The children got to compare different sizes of objects that are taller, shorter, big, medium and small.

The highlight of the week was when the children engaged in ‘Fireworks Colour Experiment’, ‘Bottled Tornado Experiment’ and preparing lemon juice.
