Scouts and Parents Barbeque

Our scouting fraternity had a splendid barbeque at Olonana Downs Cottage graciously hosted by our parents Mr. & Mrs. Hankins. This is an annual event whose climax is the Investiture and Going Up ceremony. During this event, new scouts are invested in the movement, some are awarded different badges while those in Year 6 move on to the Chipukizi section.
At the end of the ceremony, and going by our annual target 'Braestars Going Green' , the scouts planted a tree assisted by Mr. Hankins. Special thanks to Mrs. Luvai, the scout leader, for her continued commitment and support to the scout movement and Mr. & Mrs. Hankins for their warm welcome to their wonderful home.
