Year 1 Week 9 Newsletter

Welcome back. It was exciting to see our ‘Braestars’ after the two week long break, looking refreshed and energised to begin the second half of the term. Most of them shared stories of engaging and fun activities done over the half term break. We look forward to exploring many new topics and having a great learning journey ahead.
This week we focused on;
- Counting in twos
- Writing capital letters
- Amphibians
- Introduction to occupations
- I am special/kindness
We would like to request that you provide play dough for your child which we plan to use for a variety of activities. This can easily be made at home. The class teachers will share more information about this on Google classroom.
