Year 2 Week 9 Newsletter:Term 2

Dear Parent/Guardian,
Year 2 Braestars have continued to work hard in various subjects. In English, we have been incredibly busy perfecting our reading skills. We have learnt how to read stories by Julia Donaldson with proper phrasing, intonation and expression.
In Maths, we took time to practise solving problems involving multiplication and division facts for the 2, 5 and 10 times table. Kindly encourage your child to master the 2, 5 and 10 times table so that he or she can become quicker when recalling multiplication number facts.

English: Use descriptive words in writing
Science: To explore how Macintosh used rubber and cloth to create waterproof clothing.
