10th July 2021
We wrapped up what has been a great year yesterday. The children leave Year 3 having grown in all ways. They are wiser, more responsible and courageous to attempt tasks that may have looked daunting in the past. They have been very receptive in their learning which has made every moment we have spent preparing for them to be a fulfilling experience.
During this unique season, they have collected memories that they will treasure of their times in class, in the field and during virtual learning. They have laughed, made friends, creatively celebrated each other’s birthdays and set targets to work on with the help of the teachers as well as their friends.
As community carers, we set out this week to put a smile on each member of the ancillary staff during our last year group assembly. Our Braestars were able to share goodies they had purchased and showcased some of their talents too.
After many months without class parties, yesterday, our Braestars were able to celebrate the last day of school while observing the health and safety protocols. The children had fun as they reflected on the year that had been while eating the delicious snacks they had each packed for themselves.
All these would not have been possible without the parents able support and for this we are very grateful.

To our students, this holiday, remember to take time to read, relax and renew yourself.
We wish you all a restful holiday.
