Year 3 Newsletter - Week 11 Term 3

3rd July 2021

This week on Tuesday, 29th June 2021, we gathered in the School theatre to witness and celebrate the success of our Braestars in Year 3. During the course of their learning, the children have grown in confidence and resilience. They were commended for their success as researchers, innovative thinkers, avid readers, budding athletes, notable musicians, IT experts and creative thinkers as well as other categories.

Our Braestars’ success would not have being possible without the parents' able support and for this we are grateful.

Announcements

Term’s Target - #CommunityCarer

As we prepare to honour the ancillary staff next week during our last assembly this academic year, a few of the Braestars are yet to submit their job cards, money collected as well as the shopping item they were guided to purchase.

We kindly appeal to the few who are yet to do so to send the job card and money collected to the class teacher by Monday, 5th July 2021.

Closing Day

School closes next week at 12:00pm on 9th July 2021. Braestars are looking forward to holding their first class party in Year 3 on that day. As such the children are to come dressed in home clothes and to carry a snack to enjoy as they engage in interactive activities with their friends before the holidays begin. However, in line with the Health and Safety measures that have been set in the school to control the spread of COVID-19, we continue to encourage the children not to share food or drink with one another.
