Year 3 Week 13 Newsletter

5th December 2020

Dear Parent/Guardian,

We thank you for the support you gave your child as he/she sat for the tests last week. The results will be shared in the children’s reports. To usher in the holiday mood, the Year 3 children hosted the KS2 pupils who shared a virtual Christmas Presentation that included Christmas carols, music and narration.

More activities to wrap up what has been a successful term are lined up for next week as follows:

Celebration Assembly

We shall assemble next week as a Year Group using Google Meet to commend and celebrate the children for achieving success in their learning.

Class Parties

To mark the successful end of the term, the children will hold a virtual class party on Friday, 11th December 2020. Thereafter the school will close for the holidays. More information on the activities of the day will be communicated to the children next week.

Children’s Projects

A few children have not been awarded 50% of their marks each in Science, History and Geography because they did not submit their projects.

Braestars of the Week

We commend the following children for their notable improvement and consistency in:

  • Being punctual for the lessons.
  • Listening to instructions.
  • Remaining on task during the sessions.
  • Submitting most tasks on time.
