Year 6 Newsletter - Week 3 Term 3

Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are all grateful for another week gone by. We thank you for the help accorded so far and request you to keep supporting your child in their learning journey.
Back to School
We wish to welcome all Braestars back to school for in person learning starting Monday, 10th May 2021. The classrooms are ready and as teachers, we are excited to have the children back. We look forward to a successful term full of new learning experiences and explorations.
Assessments
The children will sit for their midterm assessments in Mathematics and English from Monday, 17th to Wednesday, 19th May 2021. The end of Key Stage 2 Assessments are scheduled for Thursday, 10th to Wednesday, 16th June 2021. We request that you support your child in preparing for these tests. The time tables will be sent in due course.
Term Target - '#communitycarer'
In the spirit of putting a smile on someone’s face, the Braestars have been performing different gestures to various people around them. Some made cards, others gave small gifts while others simply gave a hug. Let us all continue to encourage them to embrace this term's target.
