25th September 2021
We have had another successful week. Students have enjoyed learning as they continue to embrace the SDG term's target ‘Zero Hunger.’ Kindly encourage your child to avoid food wastage as they try to end world hunger in their own small ways.
NGRT
Children did the ‘New Group Reading Test’ this week. The aim of this test is to recognise each child’s reading level and identify any gaps so as to put in place early interventions. Any child who was not able to do this test will do it next week.
Nutrition Week
Next week, we will be celebrating a nutrition week themed, ‘What’s on your plate?’ We have a range of exciting activities lined up throughout the week.
Note the following highlights of the week;
Monday, 27th September 2021 | Your child should bring a food package to school as we will be analysing the food ingredients. |
Thursday, 30th September 2021 | We will have breakfast together during the registration period. We therefore ask that your child carries a healthy breakfast in addition to their usual breaktime snack. |
Friday, 1st October 2021 | We will all dress up in jeans and a checkered shirt. |
