Year 6 Newsletter - Week 7 Term 3

5th June 2021

We are glad to welcome Braestars to the second half of term three after a restful break. We believe they are all excited to be in the last leg of primary. This week was short but very busy. The students learnt and participated in their various clubs with a lot of enthusiasm.

Revision

We have posted some revision materials in the students’ google classroom. Take time to go through the papers with your child using the answers that were emailed to you.

Here are some tips on how to help your child:

  • Avoid communicating panic and anxiety
  • Support your child and listen to them
  • Ensure that your child has all the necessary stationery and a working lap top
  • Try not to put pressure on your child
  • Encourage early nights and enough sleep (avoid sleepovers)
  • Provide a good and healthy breakfast
  • Give lots of praise and encouragement
  • Ensure punctuality and full attendance
